What to include
- The email address connected to your account or waitlist signup.
- Whether the issue is on the website or iPhone app.
- Your iPhone model, iOS version, and the MazelMeet app version when relevant.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
Keep private information out of email
Never send a password, one-time code, full identity document, payment card number, or private verification photo. We will never ask for those by email.
Safety concern
Use Report and Block inside the app when you can. For a safety concern that cannot be reported in the app, email our safety address. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

If something is hard to read, navigate, hear, or complete with a keyboard, screen reader, voice control, zoom, or another assistive technology, tell us which page and device you used. We will help you find an accessible way to complete the task and use the report to improve the product.
